Empowering Bedford’s young men through fitness, focus, and community.

Our Youth Boxing Programme is designed for boys aged 10–18, offering a culturally sensitive inclusive space where young people can build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Led by a qualified England Boxing coach, these sessions focus on fitness, coordination, and self-control, helping young people channel their energy in a healthy, productive way.

£10 for the full 4-week block
(£2.50 per session, paid upfront at registration.)

Places are limited, so all participants must book the full block in advance. No single-session bookings.

Skill Level: Complete beginners welcome

Equipment: Equipment will be provided, please wear suitable clothing and appropriate footwear. Please also bring a bottle of water.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to feel safe, supported, and connected to their community. Through positive, structured activities, this programme gives boys the opportunity to grow both physically and mentally, building valuable life skills such as respect, teamwork, and focus.
