Empowering Bedford’s young boys through fitness, focus, and community.
Our Youth Boxing Programme provides a safe, inclusive, and culturally aware environment for young boys. Led by a qualified England Boxing coach, sessions focus on fitness, coordination, discipline, and self-control, helping participants channel their energy in a positive and structured way.
Starting Saturday, 6th June 2026, 10am - 11am
£2 per session, paid upfront at registration
Dates are Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June, 4th, 11th July
📍 John Bunyan Sports & Fitness, Mile Road, Bedford, MK42 9TS
Skill Level: Complete beginners welcome
Places are limited, so all participants must book the full block in advance.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
Equipment: Equipment will be provided, please wear suitable clothing and appropriate footwear. Please also bring a bottle of water.

Please Note: This is a non-contact, community-focused fitness programme designed to give boys a safe and culturally comfortable space to stay active,
