Join us on the 4th Sunday of every month for a male-only swimming sessions at Kempston Pool & Fitness.

These sessions provide a safe, welcoming, and private environment for males of all ages and abilities to enjoy swimming, improve confidence in the water, and stay active in a culturally sensitive setting.

Whether you are a confident swimmer, complete beginner, or looking to introduce your children to the water in a supportive environment, these sessions are designed for you.

Price: £4 per attendee (pay as you swim)

Age Group:

Males of all ages are welcome. Boys under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain supervised at all times during the session.

Session Format
All abilities welcome. The session will include a 25m lane swimming for those who wish to swim lengths, as well as a family fun swimming area for relaxed and recreational swimming.

Please Note there are cameras in the changing village so a covering will need to be used when outside the changing cubical and walking to the pool area.

Privacy & Safety
These sessions are delivered with full privacy, including male-only lifeguards and a male-only poolside. The pool will not be overlooked during the session.

In the event that a male lifeguard is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be cancelled.

Emergency Situations
In rare emergency situations where there is a serious risk to health or safety, a female emergency responder may need to attend to provide essential assistance. You will be notified immediately should this occur.

Booking & Attendance:

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• All questions on the registration form must be completed with accurate and adequate information. Incomplete submissions may be cancelled.

• Emergency contact / next of kin details are required.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once paid, the session cannot be rolled over to another date if you are unable to attend.

However, the organiser reserves the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
