Join us for a friendly and fun female-only Walking Football session, a slower-paced version of football that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to sport or a seasoned player, this is a welcoming space to get moving, make new friends and enjoy teamwork in a safe, supportive environment.
Walking Football keeps the core fun of the game but removes the running and high-impact contact. It’s a great way to stay active, improve mobility, boost fitness and feel part of a community.

What to Expect
This is walking football, not regular football, so:
No running or jogging on the pitch.
Reduced contact and a slower pace makes it safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Focus on skill, teamwork and fun.
Great social vibe and supportive atmosphere.

Booking & Attendance:
• All sessions must be booked in advance, no walk-ins.
• All questions on the registration form must be completed with accurate and adequate information. Incomplete submissions may be cancelled.
• Emergency contact / next of kin details are required.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All bookings are non-transferable. The organiser reserves the right to cancel your booking.
