All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once paid, the session cannot be rolled over to another date if you are unable to attend.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw a booking at any time where it is considered necessary for the safety, wellbeing, comfort, or best interests of participants, volunteers, staff, or the event itself. In such circumstances, a full refund will be issued unless the cancellation results from a breach of the event's terms, code of conduct, or safeguarding requirements.

If the organiser cancels the event, participants will be offered a full refund.
