Promoting Movement for Better Health

– Dr Singhal & Dr Anusuya

At the Bedford Health Fair 2025, Dr Singhal and Dr Anusuya delivered an insightful talk on the importance of physical activity and its impact on both physical and mental health.

Their speech was rooted in a community-wide initiative they are currently leading to promote active lifestyles across Bedford. The talk highlighted practical ways to incorporate movement into everyday life and explored the long-term benefits of physical activity in preventing illness, improving mood, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

In addition to their talk, both doctors spent time engaging with attendees throughout the day, offering one-to-one advice, answering questions, and providing personalised guidance on how to make movement more achievable for all ages and abilities.
